1: General Provisions:

The public organization “Every Animal” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) provides you (hereinafter referred to as the “User,” “You”) with the opportunity to use the website https://everyanimal.org/ and donate.everyanimal.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) on the terms defined below. Please carefully read these Terms as they regulate your use of the Site and all its subdomains. In case of disagreement with these Terms, you should refrain from further use of the Site.
1.2. These Terms regulate the conditions of using the Site by Users on the Internet.
1.3. The current version of the Terms is available at: https://everyanimal.org/terms-of-use
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to change the Terms without prior notice. The new edition takes effect from the moment of publication unless otherwise specified.

The Administration reserves the right to close any resource with or without prior notice to the User. In the event of closure, the Administration is not responsible for discontinuing access to its resources on the Site.

2.6.1. Use of materials:
The User has the right to use materials posted on the Site in accordance with the terms of use of materials, including materials with links to other resources of the Administration.
2.6.2. Opt-out of mailings:
The User has the right to opt-out of receiving newsletters or other informational exchanges between them and the Administration at any time.
2.7. Processing and use of information:
The User grants the Administration permission to process the information provided by them, including using such information for marketing research and targeting on the Site.

4.4. Changes and Termination of Site Operation:
The Administration has the right to change, suspend, or terminate the operation of the Site with or without notice. The User agrees that the Administration is not responsible to them or any third party for any changes, interruptions, or termination of the Site or any of its parts.
5: Final Provisions:
5.1. Legislation of Ukraine:
5.1.1. These Terms and the relations arising from the acceptance of these Terms are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. Adhesion agreement:
5.2.1. The agreement is concluded only by joining it entirely by the User who expressed the intention to conclude the agreement.
5.2.2. The User expressing the intention to conclude the agreement cannot propose their conditions of the contract.
5.2.3. In case of disagreement with the content and form of the contract or its individual provisions, the User expressing the intention to conclude the agreement has the right to refuse to conclude it.
5.2.4. Requirements for changing or terminating the contract after it comes into force are presented and satisfied in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. Understanding the Content of the Contract:
5.3.1. The User agrees that they have entered into the contract with a full understanding of its content.

5.4.1. The headings of the sections of the Terms are provided for convenience and do not have legal or contractual force.

If you agree to these terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such legal entity, its affiliates, and all users who access our services through your account. In such case, the terms “You” or “Your” shall refer to such legal entity, its affiliates, and users associated with it.
If you do not have such authority or if you disagree with these terms, you should not accept this agreement and cannot use the services of everyanimal.org and donate.everyanimal.org.
